I was born and raised in Southern California where I attended and received my BA degree in Behavioral Science from Cal Poly, Pomona. After graduation I worked in the District Attorney‘s Office as a Child Support Officer. I had to deal with the courts, attorneys‘ and many difficult clients, so I learned to have great people skills. My husband Doug and I lived in a small community it Central Idaho for 25 years. When Doug was given the opportunity to build the first two homes and the stable at Ranch at the Canyons in Terrebonne, Oregon, he relocated to Central Oregon. Our boys and I followed two years later when our oldest son had finished High School. We took our time deciding on where to live, and settled on the quaint town of Prineville. It‘s was such a beautiful community with lots of recreational activities for families. My husband, having been in the building business for years, had always encouraged me to become a Realtor. When I moved to Central Oregon I decided now was the time. In our 27 years of marriage, Doug and I have bought, sold, and remodeled, more properties, than I care to remember, so why not put that experience to good use?! I received my Brokers license and went to work with the professional staff at Coldwell Banker Sun Country Realty, Inc. in Prineville. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Central Oregon Association of Realtors and the MLS of Central Oregon. I work hard at keeping up on what‘s happening in our community by going to City and County Planning Commission meetings on a regular basis, reading the news and volunteering my time. I also work with a great network of lenders, title companies, attorney‘s etc. That allows me to be the “Source of the Source” for my clients, to make sure they get the professional information they need.
